Pathfinders is seeking a Team Leader for the Mid North Coast region, working 24 hours per week to support participants with disabilities in the community. The role emphasizes person-led support, staff supervision, and solid rostering and workforce planning under SCHADS Award Level 5 Pay Point 1.

The Team Leader will supervise staff, assist the Senior Coordinator and Disability Support Manager with daily operations, and help ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery across shifts including
