Synapse ITS is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver world-class hardware support for Synapse ITS products, handling initial questions, guiding customers step-by-step, and processing warranty RMAs. This role uses ticketing, CRM, ERP systems and requires strong communication.

Ideal candidates have hands-on electronics experience, familiarity with ITS traffic solutions, and excellent customer-facing skills. The position may involve occasional in office support and travel as needed.
