STRONG Pilates Broadmeadow – Warners Bay NSW

Studio Manager of STRONG Pilates Warners Bay

Full time with Instructing or Permanent Part-Time as management only | 28–38 Hours Per Week

Commence ASAP

This isn't just another Pilates studio. And this isn't just another Studio Manager role.

We're looking for an energetic, people-focused Studio Manager to lead STRONG Pilates Warners Bay — someone who wants to make a real impact, build an incredible team and create an experience that keeps people coming back for more.

With an established community of 350+ members, this is your opportunity to take the lead at a thriving studio, bring people together and help shape what STRONG looks like in our local community.

If you genuinely love fitness, thrive around people and have the leadership energy to bring a team together, we want to hear from you.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance the people, performance and day-to-day operations that make a great studio thrive.

You'll work closely with the studio owners to lead the team, deliver an exceptional member experience and drive the continued growth of the business.

One minute, you might be welcoming a new member or supporting an instructor; the next, you'll be reviewing studio performance, coordinating the roster, building local partnerships or planning a community activation.

No two days will look exactly the same — and that's part of the appeal.

You'll have the opportunity to:

- Lead the studio: Oversee daily operations, scheduling, memberships, stock, equipment, cleanliness and studio standards.
- Build an incredible team: Lead, support and develop instructors and support staff, fostering a positive,

accountable and collaborative culture.
- Own the member experience: Build genuine relationships, deliver personalised service, respond to feedback and create an environment where members feel known and valued.
- Drive retention and growth: Support new client journeys, membership conversions, member engagement and retention strategies.
- Think commercially: Monitor membership growth, retention and sales performance, helping the business achieve its targets.
- Grow the local community: Build relationships with local businesses, support community partnerships and bring creative marketing initiatives and events to life.
- Set the standard: Lead by example, take ownership of the details and ensure the studio consistently delivers the premium STRONG experience.

This isn't a role where you'll simply maintain the status quo. You'll have the opportunity to bring ideas, take initiative and make a genuine contribution to the studio's success.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for more than someone who can manage a roster and keep the studio running.

We're looking for a leader, people-person and community builder who understands that a successful fitness studio is built on both great business performance and great human connection.

You might be an experienced Studio Manager ready for your next challenge,

a fitness professional looking to step into management, or a proven people leader from a customer-focused business who is passionate about fitness and wellness.

You'll be someone who:

- Has experience in studio management, fitness, Pilates, wellness or a similar customer-focused environment.
- Has the confidence to lead, motivate and develop a team.
- Naturally builds relationships and makes people feel welcome.
- Is commercially minded and comfortable working towards sales, retention and growth targets.
- Has excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills.
- Is proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable managing competing priorities.
- Takes pride in high standards and notices the little things that make a difference.
- Enjoys bringing people together and building meaningful local relationships.
- Has the flexibility to work across a varied schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
- Brings positive energy, accountability and a genuine desire to help people improve their lives.

You don't need to be the loudest person in the room. You need to be someone people trust, respect and want to work with.

Do you need to be a Pilates instructor?

No. We're open to an experienced manager who wants to focus on leading the studio, as well as a fitness professional who wants to combine management with coaching classes.

Two pathways are available:

- Permanent Part-Time Studio Manager: Approximately 28 hours per week, focused on studio management and leadership, without instructing. Paid on a pro-rata salary of the advertised rate.
- Full-Time Studio Manager & Instructor: 38 hours per week, combining management respon
