We're seeking a hands-on Systems Engineer to join our IT Services team for a 6-month contract, supporting enterprise customer environments and critical technology projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work across modern Microsoft technologies while partnering closely with customers to drive operational excellence and technical innovation. ## What You'll Be DoingAs a key member of our technical delivery team, you'll provide advanced support, project implementation, and technical expertise across a broad range of technologies, including:
* Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments
* Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID)
* Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy
* Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management
* Windows Autopilot and modern workplace solutions
* VMware infrastructure You'll also:
* Act as a Level 2/3 escalation point for complex technical issues.
* Support technology migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
* Ensure customer environments remain secure, available, and high performing.
* Create and maintain technical documentation and operational standards.




* Partner with customers and stakeholders to deliver outstanding service outcomes.To be successful in this role:## About YouWe're looking for an experienced infrastructure skilled who thrives in customer-facing environments and enjoys solving complex technical challenges. ### Essential Experience
* 7+ years' experience in the IT services industry, ideally within an MSP environment.
* Minimum 4 years' hands-on experience supporting: Microsoft AzureWindows ServerActive Directory / Entra IDDNS and Group PolicyMicrosoft 365Microsoft Intune
* Experience supporting cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
* Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* PowerShell scripting and automation experience. ### Technical Skills
* Azure administration, including servers and VPN gateways.
* Microsoft 365 administration.
* Endpoint management and compliance.
* VMware administration.
* Modern workplace technologies.
* Infrastructure and security best practices. ### CertificationsRequired (or equivalent experience):* Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.Highly Regarded:* Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator Associate.
* Endpoint Administrator Associate.
