Australian Training Company is looking for a

motivated and enthusiastic Business Trainee

to join a friendly team in

Summer Hill .

This is a fantastic opportunity for a

recent school leaver or someone looking to kick-start a current career

while gaining valuable workplace experience and completing a

Certificate III in Business .

You will develop practical skills in customer service, administration and office operations while working alongside an experienced team.

What You'll Be Doing

Be the first point of contact for visitors and customers

Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate team member or resolve on your own

Provide friendly and professional customer service

Assist with general administration, data entry and filing

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Use Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook and learn internal computer system

Help maintain a tidy and professional work environment

Work both independently and as part of a team





We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, confident and qualified

A clear and effective communicator

Organised with good attention to detail

Reliable and punctual

Comfortable learning new computer systems and programs

Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Committed to providing excellent customer service

The following would be advantageous but are not essential:

Previous customer service, retail, hospitality or office experience

Experience using Microsoft Office

Previous administration or retail experienceA Genuine interest in developing a career in business or administration
