Capricorn is seeking a Learning & Development Consultant to own technical learning, onboarding and development plans for the Claims & Recoveries teams during a 12-month fixed-term prospect. Based in Perth with a national remit, you will partner with Claims and Recoveries leaders, subject matter experts and the Organisational Capability team to build practical learning experiences.
A key focus will be supporting the transition to our new claims system, Duck Creek, and associated process
