We are currently seeking an experienced

Service Desk Analyst

to join our ICT team on a

12-month contract

, based at

Botanic Ridge

.

About the Role

As the main point of contact for IT support, you will provide Level 1/2 technical assistance, manage service desk requests, and help deliver a positive IT experience across our southeastern sites.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Botanic Ridge, with occasional travel to our other operational sites.





Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1/2 IT support across hardware, software, and Microsoft 365

Manage and resolve service desk tickets within SLA requirements

Support device deployment, onboarding, and user set-ups

Manage mobile devices through Intune

Maintain IT assets and documentation

Liaise with external vendors on escalated issues

Assist with service desk improvements and reporting

About You

3-5 years' experience in an IT Service Desk role

Experience with ManageEngine or a similar ITSM platform

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Well organised, proactive, and solution-focused
