Up to $70K + Super Temporary Position with opportunity to Become Permanent Located in Erskine Park We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join a busy transport team within a Global Logistics Business located in Erskine Park. This temporary position offers the opportunity to transition to permanent employment. Working closely with the transport team, you will provide day-to-day support across dispatch administration, delivery time slot bookings, transport coordination and general administration. About the Role

Provide general administrative support to the transport team Assist with admin tasks for dispatch processes and scheduling Assist with booking and updating delivery time slots Maintain accurate records, data and transport documentation Liaise with internal teams, drivers and customers to coordinate delivery information Respond to enquiries and follow up on outstanding delivery requirements Assist with general office administration Occasional travel to a nearby client site may be required. About You

You are organised,



proactive and confident communicating with a range of people. You will bring: Previous experience in general administration, transport administration, dispatch support or time slot administration Basic knowledge of transport operations and dispatch processes Experience coordinating delivery time slots, highly regarded Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills Good computer skills and confidence learning new systems Explicit communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities A reliable, proactive approach and availability to start on 12 October What's on Offer?
