At Trilogy Care, our mission is to empower older Australians to live independently in the home they love for longer.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to shape the evolution of our connected digital platform, including the Core Portal used by internal teams, the consumer app for clients and families, as well as for supplier-facing systems.
Working closely with our product team for designing, engineering and collaborating with stakeholders, you’ll own initiatives from discovery and scoping through to delivery, launch and measurable outcomes.
Trilogy Care is an AI-forward organisation. You’ll help identify opportunities for AI, automation and emerging technologies while ensuring privacy, security and responsible data use are built into every product decision.
If you combine customer empathy, commercial judgement, systems thinking and technical understanding, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing

- Define problem statements, requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain a prioritised roadmap balancing customer needs, business value, technical feasibility, risk and delivery capacity.
- Establish success metrics and use data to measure impact and guide improvements.
