About the Role

We are currently seeking passionate and empathetic Disability Support Workers to provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives and well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client located in Woongarrah:

Personal Care

Meal preparation

Transport

Community Access

Medication

Shifts - 3-5 hour shifts AM and PM

Young client located in Kanwal:

Tracheostomy care and suctioning

Ventilation Management

PEG Care

Communication support (AUSLAN)

Social Support

Personal Care

Shifts: 9am - 3pm weekdays

Ideal Candidate





Must have experience with Complex Care or willing to learn

Experience in education, teaching, childcare or homeschooling environment advantageous

Existing Auslan skills or willingness to learn

Compassion, patience, and solid communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of individuals with disabilities.

A commitment to safe work practices and manual handling.

NSW Driver License and access to reliable vehicle
