We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Building Manager to take ownership of on-site operations for our premier residential community in Hamilton, Brisbane. Reporting to the Property Operations Manager, this is a permanent, full-time prospect to be the heart of the community - ensuring pristine asset presentation, fostering positive relationships with residents and Bodies Corporate, and supervising maintenance partners to deliver a seamless resident experience.

How you'll make an impact

- Maintain common areas, grounds, and resident facilities to the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and functionality.
- Serve as the trusted, primary on-site contact for residents, Body Corporate committees, strata managers, and service partners.
- Manage daily building activities, including amenity bookings, move-in/out logistics, and service contractor performance.
- Uphold workplace safety standards, conduct regular hazard inspections, and coordinate swift responses to emergency maintenance issues.

What you'll bring

We are looking for someone collaborative, customer-focused, and proactive who brings:

- Proven building or facilities management experience, ideally within residential strata, apartments, or mixed-use communities.
- Sound understanding of Queensland Body Corporate and Community Management legislation and compliance frameworks.




- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a natural flair for customer service and constructive communication.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and provide availability for occasional after-hours emergency escalations.
