Assistant Chef

to join our kitchen team. About the Role

Working alongside our team, you'll help with the preparation and delivery of lunch and dinner service and the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You'll need to be confident working a busy service, following recipes and portion controls, maintaining consistency and jumping between different sections when required. This is a hands‑on role in a small team, so everyone works together. Key Responsibilities

grill, fryer, pans and prep Maintain a clean, organised kitchen Follow food safety and workplace hygiene requirements Work independently when required About You

We're looking for someone who: Has previous experience working as a

chef or experienced cook Is reliable, clean, organised and works well within a team Is available for

weekends, evenings and public holidays Has a current

Food Safety Certificate Has full Australian working rights Formal chef qualifications is preferred , but

practical experience, reliability and ability in the kitchen are equally important to us . What We Offer
