Australia EV Company is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager / Specialist to join its HR team. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will provide specialist ER support across a multi-site workforce and manage complex ER matters from investigation through resolution. This hands-on role requires robust knowledge of Australian employment laws, experience in performance management and escalate risks to senior leaders as needed.
