IXOM is seeking a Junior Process Engineer for our Botany manufacturing site to help support the safe and effective operation of Chloralkali plants. This role offers hands-on learning, mentoring from experienced engineers, and pathways to a long-term career within a global organisation. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you’ll contribute to process safety, continuous improvement, and project delivery while gaining exposure to operations and engineering initiatives.
