Litigation Legal Assistant / Secretary OR Paralegal

to join their busy and high performing Brisbane team.

The Opportunity: You’ll be joining an established, well-oiled litigation team where your experience will be valued, your contribution recognised and your career supported.

Your day-to-day will include:

Supporting lawyers across a variety of litigation matters

Preparing court documents, correspondence and legal documentation

Managing files, deadlines, diaries and key litigation processes

Liaising with clients, courts and other stakeholders

Keeping the team organised, efficient and one step ahead

Who We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in

litigation legal support

is advantageous -

will look at transferrable skills / areas





A career Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary or Paralegal who genuinely enjoys the support side of law

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and initiative

A warm, professional personality and a genuine team-player attitude
