Draft, review, and finalize contracts with clients, subcontractors, and partners Ensure all contractual terms support business objectives, comply with legal standards, and reflect operational requirements Maintain a central register of active contracts, including key dates for renewals, milestones, and expirations Monitor adherence to contractual obligations, including SLAs Assist operations teams in understanding and implementing contractual requirements Proactively address and resolve contract-related disputes and issues Track and manage contract variations, claims, change requests,



and associated costs Keep well-organized digital and hard copy records of all contract documentation Prepare and deliver regular contract performance and compliance reports for management Maintain accurate version control across all contract documents to ensure consistency About you
