Vineria Luisa Pty Ltd in Enmore, NSW is seeking an experienced Sommelier / Wine Waiter to join our Chef-Hatted Italian restaurant and wine bar. The role will deliver professional wine and beverage service, advise on pairings, and uphold beverage standards in a premium dining workplace. Casual start with potential full-time opportunities.

Must hold NSW RSA, Australian working rights, hospitality diploma, and solid wine knowledge. WSET2+ and Italian wine knowledge are desirable.
