About the role: You’ll be working across residential construction projects in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and Lower North Shore, contributing to quality workmanship and helping deliver great results from start to finish.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Carrying out a range of residential carpentry works

Assisting with project delivery and maintaining high standards of workmanship

Working closely with the site team and other trades

Maintaining a safe, clean and organised worksite

Learning new skills and developing your knowledge of residential construction

About you: We’re looking for someone who:

Has carpentry experience, ideally within residential construction

Takes pride in their workmanship and attention to detail

Is reliable, motivated and keen to learn

Works well in a team and has a positive attitude

Wants to develop their skills and progress their career

Holds relevant carpentry qualifications and a White Card

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude — a carpenter who wants to improve, be part of a strong team and build a long-term future in the industry.
