Brief Description InsureEdge is A&G;'s flagship leadership acceleration program, purpose-built to develop the next generation of senior leaders and executives in the Australian insurance industry. We're looking for a small cohort of emerging leaders who have the ambition, capability and drive to fast-track their careers to the most senior levels of our organisation. Over three years, InsureEdge participants undertake meaningful role immersions across A&G;'s key business divisions including Sales & Service, Claims & Assessing, Risk, Product, Technology and Growth Operations. Participants will spend the majority of their time doing real, high-impact work within a division, while dedicating the remainder to structured exploration of the business, the industry, and the teams that operate across the broader A&G; value chain. Throughout the program, you'll be supported by executive coaching, dedicated mentoring, and access to formal leadership development through the A&G; Leadership Academy. By the time you complete the program, you'll have the commercial acumen, enterprise-wide perspective, and leadership capability to step into a meaningful senior leadership role at A&G.;

What The Program Offers Three Years of Immersive, Real-World Experience Following our interview and assessment process you will be placed in a core role with one of our key business divisions. Your role allows you to make a genuine contribution, build real relationships, and develop deep functional expertise.





Structured Exploration Across the Business To support your success in your core role you will be allocated dedicated time to build enterprise-wide understanding through immersive experiences including shadowing frontline leaders, Finance Business Partners, underwriting and claims teams, customer experience functions and more. You'll synthesise what you learn into practical insights and recommendations presented directly to executive leaders.

Executive Coaching & Senior Mentoring Access to 1:1 executive coaching throughout the program, paired with an Executive Host and a senior A&G; leader who will mentor, challenge and champion your development throughout the dedicated program period.

Formal Leadership Development via the Leadership Academy Full access to A&G;'s Leadership Academy, including workshops, masterclasses, and capability programs aligned to our enterprise leadership capability framework - all designed to shape you into a well-rounded, high-performing leader.

What You'll Do Core Role Immersion & Business Contribution

Deliver meaningful, high-quality work within your assigned division, taking real ownership of projects, initiatives, and BAU responsibilities

Build deep knowledge of divisional strategy, operating rhythms, and performance drivers across each rotation

Work alongside team members, managers and executives to develop well-reasoned,



actionable recommendations Demonstrate increasing levels of leadership, initiative and commercial contribution as the program progresses

Structured Exploration

Undertake immersive exploration activities to build enterprise-wide understanding of A&G;'s value chain, strategy, culture and commercial drivers

Engage with frontline leaders, Finance Business Partners, claims assessors, underwriting teams, customer experience functions and more

Approach every experience with genuine intellectual curiosity, rigour and a growth mindset

Leadership Development

Actively engage with all formal leadership development activities through the Leadership Academy

Participate in regular executive coaching sessions with openness and a genuine commitment to self-reflection

Develop and maintain a personal leadership development plan with clear goals and evidence of progress

Seek and act on feedback - visibly demonstrating learning agility at every stage

Stakeholder Engagement

Build trusted, authentic relationships with Executive Hosts, divisional leaders, team members and cross-functional colleagues

Represent the InsureEdge program and A&G;'s Leadership Academy with professionalism and high integrity

Contribute to the broader Leadership Academy community through peer learning, alumni engagement and cohort initiatives

Participation in a capstone project to make strategic business recommendations to our executives, driving impact and innovation

Essential What You'll Bring

Approximately 5–8 years of relevant professional work experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a people management or team leadership capacity
