An opportunity has become available for a Junior Legal Assistant to join a well-established national law firm specialising in personal injury matters. Working closely with the legal team, you’ll provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support while gaining valuable experience within a leading personal injury practice.

About The Role

Providing administrative and legal support to the team

Drafting correspondence and preparing documentation

Managing diaries, appointments and scheduling

Liaising with clients and third parties

Maintaining electronic and physical files

Processing incoming correspondence

Data entry,



scanning, copying and general administration

Supporting the Senior Secretary and wider team with day-to-day tasks

About you We’re looking for someone with 1+ years’ experience in legal administration, legal secretarial support or a similar role who is organised, proactive and keen to develop their legal skills.

You’ll Ideally Have

Strong administration and organisational skills

Excellent attention to detail

Confident Microsoft Office skills

Strong written and verbal communication

A professional phone manner

The ability to manage competing priorities

Previous legal or personal injury experience is highly regarded
