Business Administration Traineeship (Junior) - Office All-Rounder - Entry Level Chrome Plumbing & Gasfitting is a fast-growing, family-run business based in Kirrawee, Sutherland Shire. We support a wide range of Strata, Real Estate, and commercial clients across Sydney with a robust team of maintenance plumbers and office staff.

We are a young, thriving company with genuine career growth opportunities. Our office is close to public transport and offers onsite parking. We operate Monday to Friday, with flexibility on working hours and optional overtime where suitable.

This position is designed for a

local junior or recent school leaver

who is looking to begin their career in business administration.

About the Role As our Administration Trainee (Office All-Rounder), you will be trained across all aspects of a busy office environment. This includes:

Scheduling daily plumbing jobs and assisting with workflow

Answering incoming phone calls and emails

Basic customer service and enquiry handling

Data entry and digital filing

Stock management and ordering support

Preparing documents, quotes, and job notes

Supporting the office team with a variety of administrative tasks

Learning essential business systems (Simpro, Xero, Office Suite)

You will also complete a

nationally recognised Business Administration Traineeship (Certificate III or IV)

as part of your employment, with study time provided.
