Are you a proactive salesperson who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and turning opportunities into revenue?

We’re recruiting for an established industrial solutions business looking for a driven Sales / Business Development Manager to help grow its customer base across NSW.

This is a genuine outbound sales role for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, researching potential customers, getting in front of decision-makers and building a strong pipeline from scratch.

The opportunity: You’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across a broad range of industrial customers.

Working closely with the wider sales team, you’ll sell a range of technical and industrial products and solutions, including ducting systems, dust collection, fume extraction and other associated equipment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Proactively identifying and prospecting new customers

Cold calling and engaging business owners and key decision-makers

Researching target companies, industries and contacts

Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline

Qualifying leads and booking high-quality sales appointments

Developing relationships with new and existing customers





Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions

Working towards weekly, monthly and annual sales targets

Maintaining accurate customer and opportunity information within the CRM

Keeping across competitor activity, industry trends and emerging opportunities

Travelling throughout your NSW territory, with some interstate travel required

About you:

Demonstrated ability to generate your own leads and opportunities

A robust understanding of the sales process

Confidence making outbound calls and approaching new customers

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Good planning and organisational capability

The ability to manage your own day and take accountability for results

A resilient, energetic and results-driven approach

A current driver’s licence and Australian working rights
