Organic growth has created the opportunity for a Rehabilitation Counsellor to join the team. Interest from RCs at all levels is welcome. You’ll be Sydney based, working 3 days from home & 2 days from their Inner West office, & visiting clients across your local region.

The Role

Proactively manage a caseload of injured workers & support your clients in their return to work Vocational assessments & counselling Attend case conferences & liaise with insurers, employers & treating providers to facilitate RTW outcomes Focus on quality & achieving outcomes, with reasonable billable expectations Visit clients across your local Sydney region & deliver Telehealth services from home Build great relationships & generate repeat referrals Actively contribute to a multi-disciplinary team environment Training & coaching of other team members, for experienced Consultants The Benefits

Salary of $85-110K + Super Uncapped bonus scheme paid quarterly, based on a holistic assessment of your performance,
