Wel.Co is seeking an experienced Acquisitions & Partnerships Manager to identify, assess and lead strategic land opportunities across Victoria, South Australia and Queensland. Reporting to the COO, you will manage the acquisition lifecycle from initial screening to settlement, collaborating with State Heads of Developments to realise the pipeline.

The role requires a commercially astute, analytical property qualified with a strong track record in land development, strong negotiation skills
