Admire Care is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our Perth team on a part-time, in office basis. You will provide in-home and community support to participants, assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, household chores and medication prompts, while promoting independence within each participant's NDIS plan. You will document progress and incidents accurately, and communicate regularly with participants, families and allied health professionals.
