Job Description Customer Success Representative (AI & Data)

About Trustana Trustana helps retailers, distributors, and brands manage and enrich product data so it can be used across e-commerce, marketplaces, and AI systems. Our platform helps customers clean, structure, and optimize large product catalogs so they can improve discovery, automation, and digital sales performance.

The Role We’re looking for someone who enjoys working closely with customers and helping them get real value from their data.

You’ll guide customers through onboarding, understand how they manage product data today, and help them improve workflows. You’ll also explore simple use cases assisting Sales, that show how better data can improve search, content, and automation.

What You’ll Do

Build simple proof-of-concept use cases to demonstrate value

Support onboarding and help customers structure and improve their product data

Understand customer workflows and guide them toward better usage of the platform

Drive adoption, customer satisfaction, and ongoing usage

Support renewals and identify growth opportunities

Share customer insights with product and engineering teams





What We’re Looking For

2-3 years in Customer Success or similar roles in B2B SaaS

Strong focus on onboarding, adoption, and customer outcomes

Comfortable working with data (e.g. spreadsheets, product catalogs)

Curious and proactive, open to exploring recent tools including AI

Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas
