A genuine passion for connecting with customers, discovering their story and delivering a premium, personalised in‑store experience. Confidence working in a customer‑centric, KPI‑driven workplace. Previous retail experience and POS proficiency will be highly regarded. A strong eye for detail, with the ability to uphold exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards. A willingness to learn, take on feedback and grow with the support of experienced retail leaders and a knowledgeable team. Flexibility to work 38 hours per week, including evenings and weekends on rotating roster.
