An established and growing Chartered Accounting firm in Sydney is looking to appoint a

Senior Manager

to support continued growth and increasing client demand.

The Opportunity: You’ll work closely with a Director, taking ownership of a quality client portfolio while providing leadership and mentoring across the team.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a diverse portfolio of business services and tax clients

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Reviewing compliance and advisory work

Supporting, mentoring and developing junior team members

Assisting with workflow management and team performance

Working alongside Directors on business development and practice growth initiatives

About You:

Currently working in Business Services & Tax within public practice





Experienced Manager or Senior Manager looking for the next step

Robust technical and client relationship management skills

Proven ability to lead and develop staff

Experience within a mid-tier or larger accounting firm will be highly regarded
