Key responsibilities Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards to maintain high-quality offerings Develop and implement purchasing and marketing policies, set pricing, and promote the store's goods and services Sell products and services, provide recommendations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience Maintain stock level records, oversee financial transactions, and manage budgets effectively Select, train, and supervise team members, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, functional, and legally compliant workplace About you Qualification in business, retail, hospitality, or a related field is compulsory Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or quick food management Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
