Dean & Ling Executive is seeking a capable Legal Counsel to join its Melbourne in-house team. You will provide end-to-end contracting and commercial support across a complex, regulated workplace, working closely with stakeholders and external partners.

With 4–7 years' post-admission experience in contracting and commercial law, ideally in healthcare or health-related sectors, you will draft, review and negotiate a wide range of agreements, manage templates, assist with disputes and regulatory
