Project Supervisor – Site Infrastructure

Central Queensland | Coal Mining | 3–6 Month Contract (potential extension)

We are seeking an experienced

Project Supervisor / Project Engineer

to support the delivery of infrastructure upgrades at an established coal mining operation in Central Queensland.

This is a hands‑on, site‑based role suited to someone who enjoys managing contractors, coordinating works and driving projects through to completion.

About the Role You’ll oversee several existing site infrastructure projects, including:

Sewage treatment plant upgrades

Workshop and facilities improvements

General mine-site infrastructure projects

Contractor supervision and coordination

Managing safety, quality, schedules and project delivery

Supporting project handover and closeout

About You





Experience as a Project Supervisor, Project Engineer or Project Manager

Background in mining, construction or heavy industry

Strong contractor management and site execution experience

Civil, mechanical or site infrastructure project exposure

Valuable communication and organisational skills

Comfortable taking ownership of existing projects
