We’re urgently looking for

Community Support Workers

living in the Bayside

Region ( Cheltenham/ Hampton/ Bayside)

In this rewarding role, you’ll support elderly clients to live safely and independently in their own homes—while staying connected to their community. What You’ll Be Doing

Providing social support, companionship, and meaningful engagement Assisting with transport, shopping, and outings Delivering personal care with dignity and respect Supporting with domestic tasks and meal preparation What You’ll Get

Ongoing support from experienced mentors and team leaders Paid induction and continuous training Regular weekday roster (Mon–Fri, 7am–5pm) Minimum 2 days availability required What We’re Looking For

Caring, empathetic,



and reliable individuals Willingness to learn and grow Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, Community (or studying Nursing – highly regarded) Community/aged care experience Driver’s licence + reliable insured vehicle (essential) Current checks (or willingness to obtain): First Aid/CPR, Police Check, NDIS, WWCC About Us
