I'm looking for a Sales Estimator to join a custom residential builder based in South West Sydney. This is a good opportunity for someone with around

2 years’ estimating experience

who has a solid understanding of residential construction and wants to broaden their experience rather than being stuck doing the same type of estimating process day in, day out. The business is open to candidates from project homebuilders or medium sized builders, but you’ll need to have a good understanding of the wider estimating process, and keen to progress in a career within the custom homes space.

The role

Prepare sales estimates and quotes for new homes Review drawings, specifications and site information Price materials, labour,



RSLs and variations Review foundations and identify additional construction costs Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing Work closely with sales, drafting and construction teams Manage multiple estimates and ensure pricing is accurate and up to date What they’re looking for

Around 2 years’ residential estimating experience Experience with RSLs, variations and general residential estimating Valuable understanding of foundations and residential construction Someone who understands more than just one estimating process Project homebuilder or medium-sized builder experience would suit Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple jobs This is an exciting opportunity to work across custom homes valued up to $1.5M.
