We are seeking a compassionate, reliable and dedicated Disability Support Worker to support an elderly gentleman who uses a wheelchair. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, safe manual handling and transfers, medication management, and providing person-centred care that promotes dignity, comfort and independence. Shifts include inactive sleepovers. Key responsibilities
