A day in the life of a Learning and Organisational Development Specialist...

No two days look the same. Around 60% of your time is spent on learning and 40% on organisational development. You might be:

leading the development, roll-out and evaluation of our internal leadership program and shaping leadership capability across CEEC

designing and building engaging, great-looking learning, from eLearning to facilitator guides and workbooks

working with our Trainers to bring programs to life across our services

delivering engagement initiatives that build connection and belonging all year round

helping build a strong organisational culture and a culture of learning

contributing to organisational development projects as we come together with Centacare

helping develop policies, procedures and SOPs that support our strategy

turning data into insights that help leaders take action.

About you You're a self-starter who loves taking an idea and running with it. You're organised, confident managing your own projects and always looking for new and better ways of doing things. You have a great eye for design and care about how things look and feel. Most of all, you enjoy what you do and bring energy and fun to the people around you. Job requirements

At least 3 years experience in learning and development, with strong instructional design skills and authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360)

Strong graphic design skills and a great eye for layout and visual style (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud)

Experience designing, rolling out and evaluating leadership or
