Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support Salesforce B2B Commerce, including buyer groups, price books, catalogs and entitlements.
- Manage Experience Cloud storefronts, checkout and order processing.
- Support Salesforce Order Management (OMS) and integrations.
- Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permissions and security.
- Monitor system logs, troubleshoot issues and resolve production incidents.
- Maintain Salesforce Flows, automation and validation rules.
- Support data management, deployments and system updates.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on Salesforce B2B Commerce experience.




- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and storefront configuration.
- Knowledge of buyer groups, entitlements, price books and catalogs.
- Salesforce Administration, including user management and permissions.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, debugging and troubleshooting.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification (Mandatory).

Good to Have

- Salesforce OMS experience.
- SAP/ERP integration knowledge.
- Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring or Data Cloud.
- B2B Commerce Administrator Accredited Qualified certification.
