About the role

As a key member of this successful Fire / Building services group; you will be responsible for project management and estimating of dry fire works for various buildings / construction projects. Projects will include; Health & Hospitals, Commercial / retail office fit outs, plant rooms, new commercial / industrial buildings, Infrastructure and data centres. You will also be an increasingly key player in the business as you will get the chance to work more closely with Stakeholders, suppliers and grow your career.

Salary: $140K - $160K + Super + Car (Negotiable pending level of experience)





Skills and experience

- Ideally Electrical or Fire trade qualified / Or Engineering.
- Minimum 4 - 6 years + previous experience working in a Trade / contractor environment.
- Project Management of Dry Fire projects / works. Fire detection systems, Fire indicator panels and warning systems
- Estimating and quotation experience for Dry or Wet fire projects
- Experience working on Fire detection, dry fire, fire sprinklers, Hydrants and general fire systems.
- Sound knowledge of the BCA, Australian Standards and local Authority requirements.
- Strong adherence to and awareness of Australian safety standards
- You must have the rights to work in Australia and be based in Melbourne
- Good communication skills written and verbal
