Oaks Gold Coast Hotel on the Gold Coast is seeking a Full time Guest Service Agent who loves delivering outstanding guest service. You will warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and offer local tips with a friendly, professional presence.

You will handle reservations across channels, resolve concerns, and provide personalised recommendations to elevate each stay. The role involves a rotating Monday–Sunday roster and shifts from early morning to late evening, with rates paid
