Job Description

Nexus Eye Care in Blacktown is seeking a medical receptionist to join our ophthalmology practice. You will greet patients, manage calls and emails, and perform general administration to support a smooth patient journey.

Working onsite with an experienced admin and clinical team, you will handle patient invoicing, scheduling, and maintain a friendly, professional setting. Training is provided, with opportunities to develop organizational and customer service skills.
