This part time fixed-term contract for 14 months offers a crucial 24/7 service and a shift lead role as the senior point of contact during your shift.
The role operates from home with a rotating overnight on-call roster, leading and supporting a Customer Service team, handling bookings, and ensuring escalations are managed
