Trustana is seeking a Customer Success Representative (AI & Data) to work remotely from Australia. You will guide customers through onboarding, help them improve product data workflows, and explore use cases that demonstrate value.
You'll support adoption, renewals, and identify growth opportunities while collaborating with product and engineering teams to share insights. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in B2B SaaS, a data-friendly mindset, strong communication skills, and curiosity about current AI
