Latrobe Regional Health is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager for the Macalister Unit to lead recovery-focused mental health care in an inpatient setting. This full time role covers strategic leadership, workforce planning, and quality improvement to deliver safe, person-centred care.

Ideal candidates will have RN Division 1 with AHPRA, postgraduate mental health qualifications, and at least five years in mental health leadership, with strong governance and stakeholder engagement skills.
