Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Project Development Manager/Bid Lead to support pre‐contract and tendering activities within our EC division. You will lead the development of competitive, high‐quality tenders across SMP, E&I;, Civils and multidisciplinary construction projects in Australia.
Working with operational leaders, engineering, estimating and commercial teams, you will drive bid strategy, oversee end-to-end tender processes and deliver winning submissions for major resources,
