XPT Software in Australia is seeking an experienced Production Support Lead to manage enterprise Workato integrations and AWS-based platforms. You will own incident, problem, and change management, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure service levels are sustained in a quick-paced environment.

You will lead offshore resources, implement monitoring and governance, and drive continuous improvement across integration workflows and MFT processes. A strong ITIL background is preferred.
