Ideals is expanding its Australia team and seeks an Enterprise Account Executive in Sydney to win new logos and expand existing enterprise relationships across industries such as energy, pharma, and telecom. You will own strategic deals, navigate procurement, and leverage consultative selling to drive revenue growth in a remote-first, flexible work setting.

You'll join a small, high-trust sales team and collaborate with RevOps, Marketing, CS, and product.
