WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Join Navarro Enterprises and lead the day-to-day operations of our busy warehouse.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for:

- Leading and supervising the warehouse team
- Planning daily workflow and allocating tasks
- Managing stock and inventory
- Coordinating collections, deliveries and dispatch
- Loading/unloading orders and export containers
- Forklift operation and material handling
- Supporting textile sorting and recycling operations
- Maintaining warehouse records and documentation
- Training staff and maintaining safe work practices
- Ensuring Australian WHS requirements are followed
- Coordinating with customers, suppliers, transport operators and management
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and efficient

ABOUT YOU





We’re looking for someone with:

- Warehouse or logistics experience
- Strong team leadership skills
- Hands-on warehouse experience
- Forklift and warehouse equipment experience
- Positive organisation and time-management skills
- Strong safety and WHS awareness
- Practical problem-solving and communication skills
- A reliable, accountable and proactive attitude

Experience in recycling, textiles, waste management, logistics or export operations is highly regarded.
