Role Description

As a Project Manager you will play a pivotal senior role for the business; essentially responsible for the overall success of the projects under your leadership. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project planning and execution, ensuring a timely project delivery, whilst maintaining high levels of quality and safety standards. Daily tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating with suppliers, conducting inspections, and overseeing logistics management. The Project Manager will be the key communication link between all stakeholders,



and ensuring that all project goals are met within time & budget.

This role would suit a Project Manager looking to utilise their experience in a broader sense, leading multiple projects across the S/E QLD region, or an experienced Contracts Administrator wanting to progress their career into Project Management.

Qualifications

- Project Management experience preferred
- Contract Administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Experience in the commercial construction sector
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
