Drake International is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Adelaide team. No recruitment experience? No problem. If you have a sales or customer-facing background and the drive to succeed, we'll teach you the rest.

This is a genuine 360° role where you'll learn the full recruitment lifecycle across white collar temporary and permanent recruitment, with the training and support to build your own desk over time.

About the Role

You'll learn to manage the full recruitment process across white collar temporary and permanent roles. You'll build relationships with clients and candidates, find and place outstanding people, and support temporary workers from onboarding through to ongoing management. As you grow, you'll take on more ownership of your desk, pipeline and results.

What You'll Do

- Develop new business and generate job orders
- Build strong relationships with clients, candidates and key stakeholders
- Source, screen, interview and place high-quality candidates




- Support temporary workforce requirements and ongoing candidate relationships
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue
- Learn to provide market insight and recruitment advice
- Work towards your own desk, pipeline and revenue targets

What You Bring

- Experience in sales, business development, hospitality, retail or customer service (recruitment experience is not required)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A driven, results-focused mindset and a competitive streak
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Resilience, initiative and a hunger to learn
