About The Role

- Work on varied commercial litigation and dispute matters with direct Partner and client exposure.
- Develop specialist expertise across areas including construction litigation, insolvency and employment.
- Work within a close-knit team where Partners are genuinely accessible and involved in your matters.
- Take ownership of your career development, with clear goals and a practical plan to help you progress.
- Open to lawyers at different levels, with 3+ PAE preferred.

Responsibilities

- Run and assist with commercial litigation and dispute matters from start to finish.
- Draft pleadings, correspondence, submissions and other legal documentation.
- Conduct legal research and provide commercially focused advice to clients.
- Work closely with Partners and colleagues across different practice areas.
- Build robust relationships with clients and contribute to the successful resolution of matters.

Skills & Experience

- 3+ years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation; lawyers at other levels are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong technical skills across commercial disputes and litigation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.




- A commercial mindset and the ability to understand clients' broader objectives.
- A collaborative approach and genuine interest in developing your legal career.
