Job Description

Confidential Manufacturing Co. in Clarence area, NY, is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives across the organization, drive improvement programs, and oversee a small team of inspectors and engineers.

This permanent, full-time role reports to the President and will shape quality policy and metrics. Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years in quality management, Six Sigma certification, a technical Bachelor’s degree, and solid leadership.
